Right from day 1 – which is 50 years ago now – continuity and long-term relationships with our principals have been at the heart of a business which is otherwise completely ‘no nonsense’. Schuuring wants to still be successful in say 100 years’ time, offering employment to a large group of people. The future looks very positive. It makes sense to invest in people and resources. That is why we are continuing to invest in relationships with our clients, in our employees, in processes and in support systems.
Developing yourself
Anyone who works at Schuuring must enjoy developing themselves further. We give our employees plenty of room to do this. We don’t just want to bind our clients to our company, but our staff as well. To share a bit of the culture. Schuuring has its own training centre where we run courses and workshops. The programme focuses on educational topics which are relevant and recognisable. And of course it also features extra training in the very latest technological developments, including for our clients.
Finally: we are a company which takes its corporate social responsibility seriously and we want to make a positive contribution to society. This is why we have started engineering classes for people who have an affinity with technology but often have trouble getting a job. The first students have now found a job with the company.
