Build & installation
Once the final design is ready, it is translated into a detailed timetable and work instructions, so that execution can start. We constantly monitor quality and keep a tight rein on the process in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Communications, safety and environmental factors are vital to every timetable. For us, good plans therefore also mean notifying people in good time about the fact that their street is going to be dug up, coming up with safe solutions which limit the disruption and making clear agreements which we then carefully follow. During the execution, hundreds of engineers visit households every day. They are working on your behalf. Your image is therefore heavily shaped by the way in which our staff deal with your customers.
The way in which we timetable the logistical processes and then complete the installation depends on your specific requirements. Every assignment is custom-made. Connecting a home to a fibreoptic cable requires a different approach from constructing a complete CAI infrastructure, and the roll-out of a datacentre or the installation of mobile sites have different requirements too.
Responding well to the client’s requirements is increasingly leading us to manage the process.
In the background, we attempt to improve the process every time. In order to be successful, we not only structure the communications but also the harmonisation with the other parties. So that the end-result is delivered to the specified deadline, cost, quality and agreements!
Quality is a whole separate issue. We always want to do it better. The Quality4all quality programme, which we have developed in-house, safeguards the quality of the delivered work. Everyone who contributes to the process monitors their own quality and makes improvements where necessary. The aim is to constantly improve the delivered work and achieve better value for money. We use random samples and checklists for this.
